Rothenberg-Rosenfield seeks to purchase sophisticated residential properties in the New York City area.  We select unique buildings with strong physical and financial infrastructure and attractive apartments.  Also essential to our selection process is the specific neighborhood and street location and outward appearance of the building. 

Our multi-family acquisition criteria falls into two categories—current rental building and unsold share packages in co-ops or condos.  We consider rental buildings that are pre- or post-war, elevator-serviced buildings and consider unsold share packages in co-ops or condos with positive or minimal carry cost. Preferred acquisition sizes are 20-100 unit buildings or packages and desired purchase price ranges from $5-20 million.
