Michael Rothenberg earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Investments and Finance from New York University (NYU) and attended NYU’s Graduate School of Business Administration.  He was a member of Pi Lambda Phi fraternity. For 16 years, he pursued a Wall Street career and attained the position of Syndicate Manager and Vice President at three New York Stock Exchange firms.

In 1974, he served as a participating founder of Continental Wingate Capital Corporation, which serviced the multifamily housing industry as a syndicator of investment equities.  From 1974 until 1980, the company syndicated private placement equity participations in over 225 partnerships engaged in senior citizen and multifamily housing throughout the eastern United States. He served multiple terms as an Alumni Vice President of the NYU Stern School.

In 1981, he formed RRI with Daniel Rosenfield.

Mr. Rothenberg has, and presently serves on multiple Boards of Directors of New York City cooperative developments.  As a former member of the Friars Club, he previously served multiple terms on the Board of Governors and was previously recognized as Friar of the Year. He also served as Secretary of the Friars Foundation.

Daniel Rosenfield majored in Finance and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University (OSU) in 1973.  He chose to further his education at OSU, earning a Master of Arts in Business Administration with minors in Finance, Real Estate, and Law in 1974.

Mr. Rosenfield worked for the Ohio Division of Securities office where he headed the department responsible for all non-corporate securities registration.  In 1975, he joined Continental Wingate Capital Corporation.  His responsibilities included the acquisition of multi-family housing developments for syndication on Wall Street.  During his tenure, he teamed with Michael Rothenberg and together provided the equity for over 225 limited partnerships, raising in excess of $500 million, which provided the development capital for more than 20,000 apartments, valued in excess of $2 billion.

In 1981, he formed Rothenberg-Rosenfield, Inc. with Michael Rothenberg. Mr. Rosenfield oversees all retail and industrial operations.  Rosenfield and Rothenberg share all major corporate decision-making.

He is a licensed New York State Real Estate Broker.  An active Ohio State Alumni, he established the Rosenfield Family Prize for Excellence in Security Analysis in 2002, which recognizes outstanding OSU Finance students every semester. In addition, he established the Rosenfield Leaders’ Summit in 2019, a transformative leadership program for a select few students.

He is an accomplished martial artist and enjoys skiing, mountain climbing, cycling, and scuba diving.

Joshua Rosenfield earned a Bachelor’s in Business Management with a concentration in Finance from The Georgia Institute of Technology in 2007. 

He joined RRI in 2008. His analytical expertise enables RRI to successfully target future acquisitions. His knowledge of financial modeling and cash flow projections is applied to structuring investments for RRI and its partners. Mr. Rosenfield leads all new property acquisitions, creates all financial modeling and projections and manages the day-to-day operations of the Atlanta portfolio.

An automobile enthusiast and fan of motorsports, he also enjoys Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, cycling, skiing, and scuba diving.
