Rothenberg-Rosenfield seeks to purchase shopping centers in attractive markets.  We are pursuing potential acquisitions in the following markets: Denver and Atlanta and will consider other Southeast and Southwest locations.  RRI targets market-leading, grocery-anchored shopping centers that are between 50,000-200,000 square feet. We also look to acquire shopping center portfolios with market-dominant grocers.   

At RRI, we look for properties that match our acquisition criteria, with some of the more important aspects including: established location with automobile traffic, population density, strong sales from anchor tenants, and a mix of retail tenants that meet the needs of the surrounding population.
