Acquisition of Centre at Panola & Publix at Acworth

 

 

Rothenberg-Rosenfield Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of two Publix-anchored shopping centers in the Atlanta area. Centre at Panola and Publix at Acworth total 142,703 square feet which increases our total retail, office and industrial real estate holdings to 2.4 million square feet. Additionally we own 75 apartments in Downtown Brooklyn.

Publix Super Markets is the predominant regional grocer in the Southeast, with 1,215 stores in the region, and provides solid anchors to both shopping centers which have an average occupancy of 99%. These shopping centers meet our criteria for long term investments that will provide consistent benefits to our investors.
